FAQ's

  1. Is this service free?

Yes Agent Review is a free service and always will be.  Once you create your account you can begin requesting reviews immediately and sharing your reviews online.  You can also use our print pack for free too.  There are upgrades available that enable you to save even more time and leverage your reviews easily.

  1. What happens if I create a profile and then receive a negative review?

Reviews can only be written if a request is sent by you.  Once a review is written however, it cannot be withdrawn from the site.  This creates a balance between adding credibility to the reviews you receive, and giving you the control required to manage if you have the occasional unmanageable customer, or a competitor trying to ruin your reputation.

  1. What happens if I change agency?

Reviews are linked to your REAA number, and your agency REAA number.  If you change agency, it will show that you have changed agency in your timeline, however all your reviews will still stay on your profile.

  1. What happens if I work in a team?

If you work in a team, when you request a review, you can select the other agent(s) who were part of the sale.  When the review is received it will show up on both of your profiles.  You will be able to find the other agent based on your agency REAA number matching.

 

  1. How are upgrades paid for?

Upgrades are paid for on a monthly subscription that you can cancel any time.  There is the option for the agent to upgrade their own account, or the agency can opt to upgrade certain features on behalf the agent.
